Men's ring in 14k yellow gold with half carat old European cut diamonds

This ring is similar to a men's ring in 14 carat (585/-.) yellow gold. A diamond weighing 0.50ct was found. in the quality Wesselton (H/white) and Si (small inclusions) used.

The diamond is set centrally in an exceptional crab setting. The ring band on the bottom was worked in a very classic way, then changes to a more playful style. The ring shank splits in two towards the ring head, playfully directing the focus to the diamond. The diamond is firmly set by these ring bands, and there are two additional crabs on the sides.

Due to the rounded shape of this crab setting, the light bends beautifully and frames the diamond. The diamond itself is old European cut and has an intense and luminous brilliance due to its large facets.

This solitaire is a noble and unusual piece of jewellery. The craftsmanship in combination with the diamonds in the old European cut make this ring a rare eye-catcher.
