These earrings were made by the Augsburg goldsmith and jeweler Jaufmann. The earrings were made of 18 carat (750/-.) yellow gold and there were 2 diamonds with a diameter and weight of 2.6 mm and 0.07 ct. used in Top-Wesselton (F/fine white plus) and Si (small inclusions) quality.
The structure of the earrings is extraordinary and the bulbous shapes play with the incident light. The popular light yellow gold color is radiated in combination with an intense fire of the brilliants.
