Shipping policy

We ship exclusively with insured shipping – your order is in safe hands with us.

All jewelry pieces, with the exception of silverware, are delivered in a high-quality jewelry box. Upon request, we are also happy to wrap your product as a gift.

Shipping within Germany:
– For orders with a value of up to €300, we charge shipping costs of €4.99.
– From an order value of €300, shipping is free of charge.

The delivery time is usually 2–4 working days. Unfortunately, delivery delays caused by the shipping provider cannot be ruled out.

Shipping to Austria:
– For orders with a value of up to €500, we charge shipping costs of €13.99.
– From an order value of €500, shipping is free of charge.

The delivery time is approximately 2–8 working days. Delays may also occur here, over which we have no influence.

International shipping outside the EU:
For shipments to non-EU countries, an export customs declaration is included in the shipping costs.

Please note: Any customs duties, import charges or additional costs, such as fees for customs clearance, shall be borne by the buyer. These may also be charged retrospectively by the responsible authority.
