An extraordinary, handmade pendant made of 14 carat (585) yellow gold, whose design is perfectly matched to its special gemstone. The setting is crafted with great design sensitivity: The tapering gold structures that securely hold the stone visually echo the rutile needles embedded in the quartz, creating a particularly harmonious, almost sculptural overall impression. It is precisely this thoughtful craftsmanship that gives the pendant its unmistakable character.
The centerpiece is an impressive Rutile Quartz in a beautiful teardrop shape, elegantly picked up by the entire pendant. In the cabochon cut, the stone can unfold its full vibrancy and ideally showcase its fascinating natural inclusions. Inside, golden rutile needles appear, running through the quartz like fine lines of light and sparkling excitingly depending on the incidence of light. This natural spectacle makes every glance at the stone different and gives it a special depth and expressiveness.
On the top of the pendant, where the chain passes through, fine brilliants have also been incorporated in a harmonious gradient. With 0.14 carat in fine Top-Wesselton (G/Fine White) and VS–Si1 (very small to small inclusions 1) quality and ideal cut, they set a lively, noble accent and complete the design with fine brilliance, without taking the main role from the extraordinary quartz.
With its dimensions of 48.5 x 28.5 mm, this pendant is an effective eye-catcher and shows a strong presence, yet never appears heavy or obtrusive due to its soft lines and open design.
