Handmade white gold ring in 18 carat with brilliant-cut diamonds & moonstone

This is an unusual handmade ring in 18 carat (750) white gold with 0.66 carat brilliant-cut diamonds with a diameter of 1.5mm to 1.9mm in the outstanding quality Wesselton (H/white) and VVS (very very small inclusions). In addition, a special moonstone with parallel natural inclusions weighing 3.94 carats was used. When light falls on them, the inclusions show a luminous and exciting play of reflections, known as asterism (star pattern).

The ring captivates with an unusual design, as the ring head has been divided into two areas. One area is the moonstone set in a bezel, which is connected to the second area by a high-quality gold bridge. The other area has been set stone-on-stone (pavé) with numerous brilliant-cut diamonds, flush with the surface, creating a dominant surface fire.

This area, with its surface effect consisting of the lively and intense brilliance of the diamonds, is an eye-catcher. Due to its curvature, the diamonds radiate their strong brilliance in all directions. The moonstone provides a noble and elegant contrast, showing a rare and noble radiance with its special inclusions.

The ring shank has also been crafted in a very playful manner and features a wavy and angular structure. The edges of the ring shank have been domed and are particularly comfortable to wear on the finger. The angular structure of the ring shank is a very clever detail, stemming from the high experience of this goldsmith. Due to the angular structure, the ring is naturally held straight between the fingers, preventing the heavy ring head from tilting/rotating.

The ring head has a length of 23mm and a width of 20mm, making it a striking and special piece of jewelry.
